Wow ! Condo magnifique ! Je recommande Ă  tous !

Nous avons adorĂ© notre expĂ©rience ! Condo trĂšs propre, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, Ă  deux pas de la plage et de l’autoroutre (Walmart, Costco, etc) et 5 minutes de la marina en voiture. Nous recommandons fortement cette location Ă  tous ! Hiram, le propriĂ©taire, a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs accueillant et trĂšs disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions et ce, dans un dĂ©lai trĂšs court ! Merci !

The condo was perfect for our family of 5

This beautiful condo was centrally located, exactly as it is advertised and had every ammenity we could have wanted, right down to a cooler, umbrella and beach towels! We made breakfast and lunches there every day and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the washer and dryer came in so handy! Walmart is a five minute drive away. Claros Jr was our kids favorite taco place and it (as well as a few other restaurants) were within walking distance. I highly recommend a rental car but only because the beaches up north are fantastic. Our favorites were Palmilla beach and Chileno Bay. The rooftop pool has an excellent view and watching the sunset was pretty incredible. Hiram was an excellent host (easily accessible, helpful and kind) from the minute we booked until after we left. The security made us feel extra safe, although we never felt in danger in any of our travel time. We can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect getaway

The property is very well maintained. Exactly as it is described. Perfect for a short getaway or long term rental. Away from the busy downtown but close enough to enjoy the action with a quick taxi/uber trip. The beach access was super close and the beach itself was very clean. The patio on the roof was perfect for lazy afternoons. Will be returning !

Beautiful condo, great location, very comfortable stay

El Tezal is a great neighborhood in San Lucas, and this condo building is right off the highway. Playa Medano is accessible through Hotel Riu which is the property next door. We rented a car so everything was a quick ride over but a lot could be done on foot as well. Walmart and Costco is really close so use the full sized kitchen in the condo. Beds in both bedrooms are comfortable. The one closer to main entry has a pullout twin under the main queen bed. Kitchen, dining and living spaces are one open space so you feel connected to everyone who is not inside the bedroom. Both full bathrooms are spacious with tiled showers and sinks. The wide balcony allows fresh ocean breeze right through the living spaces and plenty of sunlight. Not much of a view from the condo but nothing unsightly either. Rooftop pool is a best feature of the building. It is not heated and in December the water was around 60F but during the day that actually felt good. There is a open shower area and a bathroom, a workout area with a couple of stationary bikes. A table tennis (ping-pong) setup. There is a guard at the gate 24/7, they help with check-in and wave you in and out of the parking. In my case, one of them also changed a flat tire on my rental car. Good people. Hiram had set everything up before our arrival. Entry to the condo is keyless and he provided a custom code. Wifi throughout the condo with great speed. A large (around 47 inch?) TV in the living room with Apple TV and a Netflix subscription, surround sound. Washer and Dryer are in the balcony area which ended up using almost everyday. We could have packed much fewer sets of clothes. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. No bad days!

Wonderful Stay

Location has great access to the beach (5min walk), Walmart (15min walk), corner stores (5 min walk), restaurants (5-15min walk). Rooftop pool and lounge were perfect for us and our 4 teenagers loved it as well. Lastly the condo was impeccable, large open area and comfortable sleeping for 6 (2 in each queen bed). Hiram was available to help anytime, Thanks!! We will definitely stay here again given the chance.

Great apartment for a getaway!

This apartment is just outside of the Hotel Riu, so you can access the beach through the hotel. It also has a nice rooftop pool and deck for guests. It’s a little off the beaten path, getting to restaurants/bars or a grocery store is a car or cab ride. There is a small convenience store within walking distance. The apartment itself is very clean and nice and the host was very helpful!

Great location, clean and new

There is construction which made it a bit noisy and dusty. Can walk to the beach through the Riu property but you are escorted by security. Very clean and new. Laundry was a bonus as was the Nescafé dolce gusto machine and blender. We did not have a car. We walked or rode the white bus for $1. The odd cab ride. Can walk to bother Costco and Walmart but have to run across the highway. Walking distance to a few restaurants as well. Very friendly people and Hiram was very helpful. Pool was great fun for the kids and a nice view from the roof. Lanai(patio) was not great. Great first stay in Cabo.

Recent stay at BahĂ­a del Tezal

My wife and I along with a friend recently stayed in this beautiful new condo at BahĂ­a del Tezal. It was our first visit to Cabo so we had lots of questions. Prior to our stay the owner was extremely helpful in providing tips about transportation, conveniences close by, etc. He greeted us upon our arrival and provided an overview of the building and unit. The condo is very well equipped with high end modern amenities. The rooftop pool was a plus and has a panoramic view of the surrounding area. The location is excellent, central to many of the stunning public beaches, marina and downtown area. We chose to rent a car which was a good choice for us as we did a lot of exploring but there is public transportation close by if you prefer that option. There is some construction work going on in the adjoining building but will be completed soon. With the 24 hour security, we felt comfortable and safe at all times. We would stay here again when returning to Cabo and recommend it highly.

Highly Recommended!!

First time visitors to Cabo. Host was very friendly and provided excellent orientation to the area. The property is near best beach in town Medano Beach. This apartment is located near a Walmart and various restaurants, however it is highly recommended renting a car. The apartment was very well put together and clean. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools. The property has an amazing view from the rooftop where the pool is located. Also, ellipticals & ping pong tables are available in the rooftop. We really enjoyed the apple tv (netflix, hulu, youtube, etc
) and wifi provided. Overall we really enjoyed staying here.
