Recently remodeled, the outcome provides visitors with the sense they have arrived at their own personal resort complete with a large in-ground pool kept comfortably warm year-round with solar heating, fully equipped Palapa bar that seats 10, 2 fireplaces, pizza oven, large barbecue, gas tiki torches, soothing fountain, indoor and outdoor dining, and plenty of seating and lounging options throughout. Meticulously landscaped yard with grass, banana and mango trees, and lovely up-lighting to enhancing the evening experience. Satellite television in main living space, and fiber optic high-speed internet throughout. The gourmet kitchen with lovely granite countertops is fully stocked with all manner of gadgets, and each guest suite offers unique features including an en suite bathroom, 3 with private seating areas, Bluetooth stereo systems, and luxurious designer bedding. Free access to community swimming pool, and pickle ball and basket ball courts.

TRULY a dream come to life

Casa Saguaro is even more beautiful than depicted in the photos, and our adult children and we were in heaven. The views and the fun were waiting for us in every decision in the furnishing and every comfortable, tasteful detail. The homeowners have paid such careful attention to every detail here, and you can relax into your vacation right away! If you choose to cook a meal at the Casa you will even have fun with that :-) We had to leave early due to Hurricane Norma, and communication with the homeowner and the staff here was just perfect at every turn. I trusted their advice over the streaming news and left within an hour of their text message. They were generous above and beyond expectations and even issued a refund due to weather! Amazing trip in an incredible home and very special town. Trust their recommendations too! Be sure to get off the beaten path. LOVE LOVE LOVE Cabo!

Outstanding Overall

My family and I visited in July and the moment you walk through the doors, your mouth will drop. This property is beyond beautiful! We walked into homemade salsa and guacamole made by the fabulous housekeeper. This was very much appreciated after an entire day of travelling. My kids just kept saying, "Wow! I can't believe we get to stay here!" We have been so fortunate to travel a lot and they have never been so excited to stay somewhere! My experience with Liz was beyond expectations as well. She will be in contact with you immediately after booking and stay in contact with you throughout your experience if you need her assistance. She helped us with travel to and from the airport, along with other questions I had along the way. She is super helpful and can assist you with everything. The house itself is unreal. The pictures do not do it justice! The house is very clean and well maintained. The beds are awesome! We did a sort of staycation here and it was a relaxing and beautiful setting to do this. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you are able to do so. I can't say enough good things about it!

Perfect Cabo Villa

Beautiful property, immaculately maintained. Feels like your own private resort. Elizabeth was so easy to communicate with, and responsive to our requests. Great location for going into town. Uber for about the cost of a Starbucks coffee, or even walk if you feel like a hike. We saw whales every day from the upper deck - bring your binoculars! We enjoyed the Pickleball and the beach - both only a short walk away from the front door. My daughter and wife enjoyed the tennis center. We hope to come again in the future.

Wonderful stay at Casa Saguaro

There is not going to be enough space to tell you about the wonderful time we had in Casa Saguaro. From the moment of being greeted by Paco with a variety of salsa and guacamole as well as tequila and other drinks to Palapa bar that was so much fun to fix drinks, Modesta daily housekeeper who washed our clothes and cleaned the house every day (off on Sundays) to personal messages and interest in our well being by the owner Liz, everything was magical. On 30th BD of my daughter, her friends and she had fund time in the hot tub with the Margaritas I prepared on the Palapa bar. I recommend a car to go to different beaches and driving is so easy. Beach is in a walk-in distance as well as the tennis club. Sunsets on the beach are mesmeraizing and different every day. The comfort of the house, living there as if it is your own villa, beautful lighting on the pool bar and hot tub at night, Chef Beto team prepaing special dinners and eating them with their superb service in front of the fireplace, just unforgettable and probably one of the best vacations we had.

We celebrated a 50th birthday at Casa Saguaro! The home was perfect! Liz and Paco were great and responsive. Marisa the housekeeper was awesome! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals with during our stay. We had fun at the pool and the palapa bar. Perfect location to the beach and marina.

IDEAL VACATION VILLA

Casa Seguaro is like a slice of heaven within the tropical paradise of Pedregal. My family (5 adults with kids/grandkids ranging from 13yrs to 8 months) spent an amazing week enjoying all the amenities this beautiful property and lush setting offers. The open floor plan is perfect for families, and we especially enjoyed the pools (both on the property and the community lap pool), palapa bar, outdoor dining area and large terrace with sweeping views of the Pacific. We took advantage of the offer of chef services for breakfasts and two dinners, all of which were fabulous. Between those and our lovely daily housekeeper Modesta I never had to lift a finger! I am a prior “Super Host” on another rental platform and thus closely scrutinize everything, and I can guarantee Casa Saguaro is as close to 100% perfection as you can find. Host Liz is extremely responsive and a property manager is available. Super comfortable beds, plush linens, all the pool toys/beach chairs/umbrellas, etc that you could possibly need are provided. Whether you are looking for an action packed vacation or a relaxing stay in a sanctuary being entertained by birds flitting around the giant saguaro, this villa will exceed your expectations.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Family of parents with three grown children and their accompanying significant others spent a week relaxing at this delightful home. Owners/ property management/ staff were wonderful to work with, even with unexpected arrival delays. Owners were clearly interested in the success of our stay, and property management was very quick to respond with minor requests. House is well beyond that portrayed in listing photos and description. Kitchen is equipped better than my own. Even with all the multiple outdoor spaces, the tiki bar was clearly the congregation spot. Pool and hot tub equally enjoyed and accompanied by plenty of pool toys. Practically a private beach mere steps away from this property. Arranging transport/ deliveries with the security gate was simple. Would not hesitate whatsoever to rent this house again. Liz and team were a dream to work with. Highly recommend this listing to anyone considering a stay in Cabo!

Couldn’t be more happy. Spent a week at Casa Saguaro with my daughters and couple friends, everything is set up perfect for visitors, pool area is great for privacy and lots of fun. Beautiful view, plenary of room in the house, quiet neighborhood. Liz the host is very responsive for questions, she even provided a Dr. contact who makes house calls for Covid Testing. If the beauty of the villa wasn't enough, the owner's communication and continued efforts to ensure that our stay was 110% fabulous, took it to the top. Liz was amazing, particularly during a funky travel time courtesy of a pandemic. This villa has everything--so well equipped. No detail has been spared. We had an excellent time celebrating a friends birthday.

Property was amazing. Was perfect for (4) of us as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Property was even better than advertised; very clean and offered everything we needed. Host helped us order some groceries ahead of our arrival and arranged for a chef. Neighborhood was quiet and short walk to beachfront was a great bonus. Would highly recommend this property.

Best place I've stayed in Cabo

Everything about this property was wonderful. It's like staying at a micro resort and having it all to yourself. The pool and palapa bar really set it apart. Great spot for groups!

Luxury villa with ocean views and a dreamy backyard

Casa Saguaro and the entire neighborhood of Pedregal are stunning! Tucked into the hillside with expansive ocean views, we arrived to a property that took our breath away. Wow, wow, wow is all I heard from our group. We settled in quickly to Casa Saguaro, enjoying the expansive back yard, a plethora of patio, pool and fireplace lounge seating and a heated pool and spa. As expected, we spent morning noon and night outside, starting with coffee on the patio while whale watching, onto the pool and palapa bar during the day, then dinner on the patio in the evening, followed by a dip in the hot tub and finally, lounging at the outdoor fireplace. Just when it couldn't get better, you collapse into the most comfortable bed of your life and dream of doing it all over again the next day! The property listing and photos did a great job of providing a very clear and concise view of the villa. There were a few surprises, but really pleasant ones! 1) The ocean views exceed what the photos offer and allow endless whale watching, right from the patio and throughout the back yard. 2) The most comfortable beds with cushy pillow tops that were simply dreamy! 3) A close and easy walk to a very large and wide beach to enjoy long walks, views of the hillside and homes, whale watching, sunsets and beach yoga! 4) With the help of the property manager, we were able to arrange rides and grocery deliveries very quickly and easily. Everything was just a quick text or phone call away! Not only will I be back to stay in Pedregal, but I hope to once again stay at Casa Saguaro. A huge thank you to Liz and her team for making our 2020 girls trip nothing short of spectacular!

Cabo for Christmas

Great place for family to enjoy time together. Each room has own bathroom, pool / hot tub great - outdoor bar is fantastic. Several cool spots to hang out and talk/play games on the property. Short walk to beach and also pickle ball court very close. Love our time there

High Quality Casa

We had a great experience, renting from Liz! Stayed with a group of friends and had a great time floating in the pool, hanging out around the palapa bar, and enjoying the beautiful view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen (no problems preparing meals for 8), comfy beds, and a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor pizza oven was a huge plus for nachos and pizzas!

Wonderful home

This was a very clean and comfortable home that has a beautiful pool and lovely accommodations to make you feel at home. The linens and bed are wonderful! Overall, would Highly recommend!

Gorgeous backyard with better views then shown. 300 feet from beach. Nice walk to town but probably should have a rental to get around. A wealthy neighborhood. Dog friendly. Loved it.

Incredible Private Resort!

I am still basking in post-vacation bliss. I love posh accommodations and Casa Saguaro does not disappoint. From the moment I walked through the gate, I felt like I was at a fancy resort and knew I was in for a treat. It was one of the best vacations I have had in several years. There were 8 of us (4 couples). Casa Saguaro’s 4 suites were perfect for our group. 3 of the 4 suites have private outdoor sitting areas. Each suite is beautifully appointed, fully self-contained and even have coffee makers (in case you’re not a morning person). Each couple could have as much privacy and alone time as desired. Another of the many great features of the house is that there are so many different and wonderful seating areas around the property. You could sit with the group at the pool, read a book in the living room while enjoying the ocean view and cool breeze, or sit on the coach near the pool and still feel part of the group. The possibilities were endless. Although it’s fun to explore new places, I did not want to leave the property. Everything I could possibly want was within reach so why leave? ‱ Mornings on the upper lanai drinking coffee and whale watching ‱ BBQ lunches and happy hour at the palapa bar by the pool ‱ Afternoons swimming or lounging around the pool (85 degree saltwater pool) ‱ Sitting in the hot tub watching pool games - volleyball, basketball or golf ‱ Sunsets (with wine) on the beach (3 min walk) ‱ Leisurely dinners sitting around the outdoor dining table ‱ After dinner drinks and great conversations at the outdoor fireplace Casa Saguaro is absolutely amazing and is the finest “private resort” I have ever experienced.

Amazing House. Wonderful Place

Wow, that is all I can say. This place is truly amazing, it's like staying in a 5 star resort, just without all the other guests ! First the house. Amazingly clean, huge and really well furnished it has everything we needed and then some. Huge kitchen with every utensil we could have ever needed. We did cook a lot and it was a pleasure, you even get a view of the sea from the kitchen as you cook. The upstairs patio that overlooks the pool, we sat there every morning and watched whales breaching in the sea right in front of us. Not a rare, lucky spot, they turned up on demand every morning with water spouts shooting water and tails playing. You can see all the boats headed for them but we watched with a cup of coffee in our vacation house, amazing. The pool and bar area is amazing. The pool is big enough to play volleyball and shoot hoops and the water was really warm. The hot tub attached to the pool is very warm and perfect place for a cocktail in the evening. The bedrooms were large, with private huge bathrooms and had their own coffee machines and Bluetooth speakers, 3 of the 4 were overlooking the pool. We honestly couldn't fault the house in any way at all. The area is quiet, there are neighboring houses but we never saw or heard anyone. It was so private. We were surprised how close the beach was, about a 2 minute stroll from the back gate and we were on a clean sandy beach. We walked from the house to one end and then the other, which turned out to be about 2 miles on the apple watch ! Perfect way to burn a few calories after way too many drinks in the sun. Huge rocks at the end of the beach that you can climb up on. they were special to us! the Cabo area is a fun bustling town full of restaurants and bars. but we preferred walking the marina which is just a short stroll from the neighborhood. Checking out the boats and the fish being brought back from fishing trips, could have sat there all day. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. we have high standards. My husband always finds something to complain about and yet on this trip there was nothing for him to complain about. that makes it a happy holiday for me :-)

Casa Seguaro Does Not Disappoint!

What an amazing experience in this beautiful home for a week. Every space is beautifully appointed. The beds and linens are simply luxurious. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with pretty much anything you could want. There was so much to do and enjoy without ever leaving the neighborhood. We whale watched right off the top deck over coffee every morning! A great sunset viewing beach was just a short walk down the hill. The saltwater pool & spa are clean, well maintained and refreshing. And, the poolside palapa bar turned out to be one of our favorite gathering places. I highly recommend this home. We will definitely be returning!
