A four bedroom villa in the Cabo Golf Resort in fantastic Cabo San Lucas

Welcome to Cabo Golf Resort in Cabo San Lucas,

I have not figured out how to change the price for night. It is not $1000 a night, it is $1200 a night. Also I have listed this property twice by mistake. There is a minimum of seven nights with eight rounds of golf and a chef for three nights included in this price. The price you would pay for golf would be at least 400 a round and the chef would be at least 500 a meal. So just wanted you to be aware of the price before you read further.

The Villa and the next door hotel is one of my many homes around the world where I spend at least two months a year. I own six weeks a year of a villa. I usually only use three weeks so I rent out the other three weeks. It is a very popular place so villas have to be booked six months to one year in advance. Sometimes I can get them at the last minute. if you are interested in this property, please give me three possible dates and I can reserve one of these dates for you. It is one of my homes around the world and I love it! It is my extended family. I know everyone there and they know me. When I’m in the villa I have parties and have at least 30 people including American and Hispanic friends. I always celebrate my birthdays there complete with a piñata in the backyard and a mariachi band singing from the balcony. I feel like I am part of the rich and famous when I come to my Cabo home. It is nestled in the middle of a golf course so it’s very quiet but also very close to downtown and all its great , restaurants, beaches, shopping and entertainment, My favorite place is the Sand Bar which is a Massage facility right on the beach. When I’m here, I get a great massage at least every other day for only $50.
