Our penthouse at Villa La Estancia: The ground floor elevator will wisk you directly to the front door of this spectacular single level penthouse on top of the 2nd building (8th floor) overlooking the entire resort, Sea of Cortez and "Lands End". You will be welcomed by the large entryway with travertine marble floors and countertops throughout. Open up the sliding hide-away walls of windows to the best view in all of Cabo San Lucas. You will feel like royalty in the villa that has two master bedroom suites with ocean views and grand private baths (1 with steam shower) and a third bedroom suite with ocean view, private bath, and dressing area.

The two master suites have king size beds, the third bedroom has two queen beds, and each room has a full private bath along with two guest baths accessible from the living area. All bedrooms and the living room have personal flat screen satellite TVs with all your favorite English channels so you don’t miss the big game or TV show. Your jaw will drop when you walk into the grand living area and gourmet kitchen, complete with top of the line cookware, table settings, and stainless steel appliances.

Villa La Estancia is more of a quiet getaway,however you can step out the front door and walk or take a cab to a restaurant and downtown and experience all of Cabo. Also, you will get a top notch Spa and if you want to include fitness on you vacation you can go to a fantastic gym loaded with pretty much everything you need. Tennis courts are available to you too.
Golfing & Fishing are also top notch. World class golfing is only 20 mins away from the resort and if you want to go fishing you can hire a boat captain and head out and enjoy sport fishing at its best.

Villa La Estancia also has it’s own grocery market right out the front door to make things easy for your stay! Plenty of activities around the resort including shows right next door in Villa Del Palmar.

So, you can have a laid back time or you can go out to one of the property restaurants or go out on the town.
