The space
The house offers sleeping space for up to 10 guests, our 330 Sq m (3200 sq ft) home features:
First floor: living, dining, full bathroom, den/office and modern kitchen. This is an open and spacious area that connect you seamlessly with the outdoor terrace, a saline infinity pool with unbeatable ocean views, BBQ area, outdoor dining and TV, wireless speaker system for your streaming music, firepit area for a star-filled evenings together.

Kitchen
Modern and fully equipped with stainless-steel and smart appliances, smart fridge, induction stove, oven and microwave in tower unit, dishwasher, Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid blender, Instant Pot, Dinamica deluxe coffee maker for your favorite coffee, pots, and plenty of cooking and baking utensils.
The white waterfall island invites everybody to gather around it to cook or just enjoy the moment together.

First floor areas have large visibility to outdoors. Windows and glass doors around the house will let you enjoy the ocean views and mountains.


Second floor: the entertaining room is a high ceiling open and spacious area with views to the mountains. It has a huge sofa and an amazing 85” flat screen TV for you to enjoy your favorite movies, shows or video games.

Four bedrooms of which, three are bedroom-balcony with amazing ocean/jungle views and one bedroom with incredible views to the mountains. All rooms have A/C for your comfort and each bedroom has a full storage in large and modern closets, a desk and chair, each for remote working or reading.

Master bedroom: king bed, TV, desk, executive chair and balcony. Modern walk-in closet with full length mirror.
Master bathroom is a spa-like bathroom with double shower, dual vanity and bench with beautiful ocean and mountain views.

Bedroom #2 : queen bed, desk, gamer chair, large and modern closet and balcony.

Smart washer and dryer available. You will get a message on the fridge when your washer or dryer cycles have finished.

The house has filtered water system in all the spaces. Solar panels make our home always keeping electricity going during the day, that means we get minimally impacted by outrages in the area.
Private parking area for 3-4 vehicles.
