Summary:
The Palms #6 is a luxury two-bedroom condo in The Palms, a secluded community of high-end condos in Playa Flamingo. Its elegant design, sought-after location near the beach, and fabulous amenities make this condo one of the best places to stay on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast!

The Space:
The unit has a split-level open-concept design, with two bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, dining room, and terrace downstairs. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, tall ceilings, a bar with a mini fridge, a TV, and a furnished balcony with stunning beach views. It’s connected to a large bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a small balcony, and it also connects to a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The living room is furnished with two brown leather couches, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, colorful local artwork, and a sliding glass door that opens to a partially shaded terrace. The terrace has a dining table that seats four and a walkway that leads to the community swimming pools and beach.

A dining table for six separates the living room from the kitchen, which features beautiful wood cabinets, white granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.

Finally, a stay at The Palms includes resort-style community amenities without the crowds, including gated parking, 24/7 security, a gym, complimentary kayaks and paddle boards for use at the beach, and two stunning swimming pools — one being a spectacular infinity pool that overlooks the ocean!

The Palms Private Residences are located at the far southern end of the dazzling Playa Flamingo, on a delightful and remote beach. Gorgeous swimming pools, palm trees, manicured grass and flower gardens begin at the very edge of the tide line. All tenants here have a front-row seat 24/7 to the sights and sounds of the Pacific Ocean, with interior furnishings and finishings that are second to none.

Getting Around:
Our agents will be happy to assist you with renting a car, giving you the freedom to explore the area where you want, when you want. For short drives to nearby towns or beaches, golf carts are another popular mode of transportation. You can also rent a bicycle to ride around in town or beyond.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Our information brochure will provide you with useful information on local transportation options and points of interest, as well as contact information for taxis and shuttles.

THE PALMS

It was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and high end finishes. Our first condo had a leak in the ceiling which was very problematic but they did change us to a new condo which was much nicer. The move was inconvenient though and they reimbursed us one day for the inconvenience.

Amazing Spacious Beach Front Villa

Everything about our stay was perfect. The Palms staff is so responsive and friendly. The beach is beautiful and steps from the patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I highly recommend this beautiful Playa Flamingo Villa!

This property was absolutely amazing.

My family and I plan this trip for my son‘s graduation gift. We were very excited to stay at this property after viewing the reviews and photos. They did not serve this property justice. The property was immaculate. The staff was friendly and kind willing to help in anyway possible. This property truly encompassed the island mantra of Pura Vida We have everything we needed the most breathtaking view right outside of our patio doors with a beautiful pool comfortable chairs to lay on the beach and a very convenient swim up poolside bar. We learned of local restaurants that delivered breakfast lunch and dinner so we didn’t have to leave this oasis if we did not want to. We are sorry to leave but we are happy that we made so many amazing memories and were able to experience a vacation in this beautiful country. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for an amazing getaway
