This completely updated, one bedroom/one bathroom ocean view condo is located in a quiet, private area of the Presidential Suites Condominium complex. The property provides 2 stunning, ocean view swimming pools, an exercise room, ample secured parking, 3 outdoor showers, and plenty of deck space with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs for those days you want to stay close to home around the pools. The white sand beach of Playa Flamingo or soft sand of Playa Potrero are only a short 5 minute walk and offer some of the most beautiful beaches in all of Guanacaste.
The condo has been arranged and equipped to meet all of your vacation needs.
The quiet, private bedroom has a king pillowtop bed, remote controlled modern A/C unit, ceiling fan, and 3 closets.
The bathroom provides a huge walk-in tiled tall shower, toilet, granite vanity with sink, hair dryer and straightener, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, pool towels, and an in unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack.
The new kitchen contains custom made cabinetry with granite counter tops, a full size refrigerator with ice maker (no need to fill ice trays all day long here), full size stove/oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, coffee pot, toaster oven, and all the silverware, plates, cups, glass ware, bakeware, and storage containers you will need.
The dining area has a beautiful Costa Rican wood table with 6 padded chairs and ceiling fan.
The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a ceiling fan and a second, very powerful remote controlled A/C unit to keep the entire condo extremely comfortable. The fold out couch and love seat provide ample seating for enjoying time together watching the 50 inch, Smart LED TV. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, the couch folds out to a bed. You will find games, cards, and books in the closet for your use as well. We have beach chairs, cooler, sand umbrellas and boogie boards to help make the beach days more relaxing.
The Flamingo marina and boat launch are very close so the boating opportunities are limitless, whether you want to go for a sunset cruise, or try for that record setting Mahi Mahi, Marlin or Sailfish. Jet skis, banana tube rides, kayaking, paddle boarding, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding and swimming are readily available. Tour companies, pharmacies, restaurants and eateries, bars, car rentals, golf carts, mini mart grocery store, real estate offices (just in case you catch the bug) are all found within a block of the condo.
Vacationing in Playa Flamingo can't get any easier, especially if you stay at Presidential Suites #14B.

We really enjoyed our stay here. David met us in the parking lot when we arrived, showed us to our condo, took the time to show us around and answer questions, he was great! Condo had everything we needed, even beach chairs! The washer/dryer was a huge plus. Within walking distance to grocery store, restaurant, and even the beach. Great place and we would definitely eat again!!

Our stay in Costa Rica was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was just like the reviews said, if anything even better. The condo had everything we needed and more. The onsite laundry with soap included was super convenient, and David even had ice ready for us in the freezer, which was such a nice touch. We also made great use of the extras, pool toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and a boogie board, which made our beach days so easy. Plenty of towels, too. David was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay here again!

Flamingo Beach view

This condo was extremely roomy and clean with a beautiful overlook of Flamingo Beach and views of the sunsets, David offered to pick us up from the airport which was a huge plus. The condo included a large living area and kitchen complete with appliances such as a fridge, coffee maker, full size range, also included was a washer/dryer, smart TV. 2 swimming pools completed our stay after a warm afternoon at the beach. A couple of restaurants were just a walk down the hill which also included a mini mart. I would recommend this property to friends and family as long as you don't mind a short walk to/from the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning as Flamingo beach is incredible. I would recommend the Top of the World ATV tour early in your stay to get a good idea of other areas to visit that are close by.

Play at Playa Flamingo

Senior couple stayed here in March '16 and loved it. Nice Alaska Air flight from LAX. David picked us up at Liberia. Shopped on the way (nice). David was very helpful both before and during stay (10 days). Nice restaurants in area. Flat is comfy with a pool and just 5 minute walk from beach. Beach is great because of shade trees and nice waves. On the other side of the bluff is Potrero Bay. Nice beach walk. Great "no name "restaurant". Fished 1/2 day with Walter...great guy also. Check with another Walter at the hamburger place "Monchi's" and he'll hook you up or go to the shack near pier at Potrero Good margaritas at Marie's and mojitos at Art Cafe. Coco Loco a really good restaurant. We didn't rent a car, ok by us. Nice "vibe" in the area as it is calmer and quieter than other PG beaches. This was one of our favorite rentals. Flat was very well stocked, with a cooler and everything worked including tv, wifi, and barbQ. David is a heckuva nice guy! (Nice walk to beach, but uphill at the end to the flat). Don't be afraid of the temperature, because of the lovely breeze. (No skeeters or nosee'ms!) Loved it!

Fantastic!!

David, Thanks for having us! And thanks again for staying up late on the night of our arrival due to unforeseen issues. We just returned from 3 weeks in this wonderful condo. As per the description, everything is here that you could possibly need. A short hike down the hill to what is one of the best beaches in ALL of Costa Rica IMO! The water is clear and the sand is white! Loved our morning walks on Playa Flamingo. Some good restaurants close by if you do not utilize the complete kitchen or the BBQ. COCO LOCO is #1 in our opinion. Marie's is great, Monkey Bar right across the street was good, Mariner Inn was inexpensive with decent food. Art Cafe was overpriced and food was below average....well their idea of "chicken fingers" is instead popcorn chicken. One of the best meals we had was at the Smoking Pig in Protrero. Had fantastic casado at Tiki Restaurant in Brasalito. If you are not going to venture out and about, you won't need a car. You can rent golf carts locally. But we would highly recommend getting a 4X4 and get out and explore! Lots of beaches to go explore, back roads to drive and sights to see! And for the adventurous, rent a dune buggy (They are available to rent in Tamarindo) and go have a blast on the beaches and the back roads! David, again thank you! You did an amazing job on creating the suite! Pencil us in for a return Dec 29th! So if you are traveling to Playa Flamingo, this unit is highly recommended! Scott and Michelle

Beautiful ocean view condo

David, was very helpful and offered phone numbers of shuttle drivers. He also offered to book our Covid test but luckily we didn’t end up needing one. Condo was fully stocked, clean, and just what i expected if not even nicer. Pool was clean, big and refreshing. Not busy either. Highly recommend booking with David.

Condo is on lower floor with no outdoor patio or balcony like the upper floors, but the pool is just steps away with a beautiful view of Flamingo beach area. Our friendly host David also lives in the building and was always available to help with any problems or questions that might arise. The beaches are just a short walk as are many restaurants and a grocery store. It was our first visit to the Flamingo area and we'll definitely be back!

After working with David for over a year to secure a trip to Costa Rica, we can very confidently say that he is truly the best person we’ve ever worked with. My husband and I were originally planning to go to Costa Rica for our honeymoon in August of 2020 and his condo was seemed perfect. David was always a great communicator right from the start and helped us with the logistics of our trip. Unfortunately, once we got closer August, the borders shut down due to Covid. David ended up giving us a full refund which was extremely kind given the short notice. Fast forward to the beginning of 2021, we still wanted to make our trip happen and we reached out to David in March, who was extremely accommodating. He explained every requirement needed to get into the country and then back into the U.S. He even arranged a transportation service to take us to and from the airport (with a grocery stop on the way to the condo). We then booked our trip and he clarified questions we had when scheduling our covid tests and with buying travel health insurance. We couldn’t have done this trip successfully without David. Even as a pretty experienced international traveler, I still felt unsure of planning a trip like this post-pandemic and was so glad to have him as an expert to guide me. When we got to David’s condo, he was there to greet us and show us around. We were amazed by the gorgeous view of the ocean right from the condo and absolutely loved the two pools in the facility. The condo itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was spacious and literally a 3-4 min walk from the beach. We had asked about activities/excursions beforehand and David had said that he would have Ricardo (from Tico Adventure Tours, who we highly recommend as well!) meet us at our condo upon our arrival. Ricardo was very kind and accommodating as well, ultimately scheduling a Waterfalls, Sloths and Blue Lagoon tour for us (with tour guide Cristian) which was the highlight of our trip. He also was able to schedule a couples massage for us in the condo which was very relaxing. David was extremely accommodating during our stay, offering to drive us to our covid tests if we didn’t have a ride and ended up taking us to an ATM when we needed more cash. We are beyond thankful for his help, guidance and patience with us as we finally made our trip to Costa Rica happen. We HIGHLY recommend staying at his condo for the trip of a lifetime!!

Best Host Ever at a Beautiful Condo!

David was an amazing host - as many others have testified in the great reviews. This condo has everything you will need and lots of beach stuff and boogie boards...even a cooler for a great afternoon at the beach! Beautiful pools and lots of privacy. Great panoramic view of the ocean and sunset at the main pool area! Can't wait to come back! Pura Vida! Paul & Lyne

Sparkling clean and everything you need

David went above and beyond - even insisted on carrying some of our bags. The condo was *sparkling* clean, and very comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again!

Great condo and view

Beautiful sunsets right out our door. Clean condo, well equipped(beach towels, spices, dishes etc)AC and very comfortable queen bed. Steps away from a wonderful pool and view. Walkable to Playa Flamingo and Potrero beach as well as many wonderful restaurants and markets. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Costa Rica.

Amazing quick stay

This was a wonderful property to rent. It was beautiful and clean with an amazing view. Dave was so helpful and courteous and made our stay very comfortable. We will for sure be back for a longer stay next time.
