Casa Pacifica is an excellent vacation Villa for a family/group or privacy seekers. The Villa is located in the upscale community of Flamingo on the Pacific,, Twenty minutes north of World Famous Tamarindo and fifty minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR). From its hillside location, the panoramic views of the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific are absolutely breathtaking! Whether sunsets, stars, or storms, the view is impressive.

Casa Pacifica is comprised of a main house and a Casita (guest house), together totaling approximately 10,000 square feet of living space. The main house offers 6 suites (5 Ocean View), including 5 master bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 16 guests, with one of the six suites being a 4-bed bunk room that is perfect for children, cousins, and family get togethers. The additional Optional air conditioned Casita, features 3 Ocean View suites, very large balcony, family room w/TV, and small kitchen which accommodates 3-6 guests. Perfect for younger adults who wish privacy, but not invading space of "Big House". Being only 10 feet from main house, any of the group, will not feel slighted staying here! Each Villa suite offers bathroom facilities, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Additional TV/video game, and Office/Family Room
The Villa offers a naturally relaxing and spacious environment featuring 60 foot infinity swimming pool, with ample in-pool sun-shelves for lounging; a STUNNING pavilion with covered roof, adjacent to the pool. This is an awesome space great for rocking with a "Sundowner", entertaining, massages, morning exercise, or Yoga groups. A separate wet bar and outdoor barbecue grill is positioned on opposite side of pool. House has a well equipped kitchen with counter seating; indoor and outdoor dining and common areas under striking vaulted ceilings w/ceiling fans and speakers. Additional amenities include a Sonos wide area stereo system with I-phone/pad hookup and high-speed WIFI throughout.

Please note, Christmas and Spring Break require a 7 day booking and there is a no cancelation policy. Rest assured if we are able to book the property for the normal rate we will refund any money paid.

Casa Pacifica is hands down the best house we have ever stayed in!!

Where to start- George was kind and patient with all of my question before and during the trip. The house is just as described-they thought of everything! All high end finishes and touches! Mar Vista was convenient to Flamingo, protrero, and brassilito. The views out the back of Casa Pacifica are unlike any I have ever seen. Not to mention the wonderful housekeeper Theresa and amazing Chef Jonathan! He made breakfast every morning for us (which I highly recommend!) and he made two gourmet dinners for us. Just such an awesome house, view, team-we really couldn’t have asked for more!!!!!! Pura Vida! đŸ‡šđŸ‡·â€ïž

Amazing beautiful home

Our family of 13 visited Casa Pacifica for a 10 day vacation. First impressions when we arrived were beyond expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful, the views, incredible, and the staff greeting us was amazing. This house is spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. George was amazing at responding to all of our questions and helping us with restaurant options. Jonathan and Teresa were absolutely wonderful, and what a treat to have breakfast ready for our family every day. Teresa was very sweet and helped keep our family organized and tidy. Jonathan is an superb chef, and we enjoyed 5 dinners at the house. Nothing is better than sitting outside, watching the sunset and having an amazing dinner prepared. Kids could run and jump in the pool and have freedom to relax. Mara vista is a great gated community with access to a community restaurant and pool that made for a very fun day for our family. This location is close to one of the most amazing beaches, grocery stores, the marina, and about 30 minutes from Tamarindo. What a treat this vacation was for our family. I would definitely recommend for large groups or families in the future.

Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay at Casa Pacifica completely exceeded our expectations! George was a gracious host who treated us more like long lost friends than rental customers. He was always a just text or call away and very quick to respond! The house staff was just as incredible We worked with two chefs who prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners. Jaelyn and Theresa were fabulous house stewards who ensured we always felt at home during our stay. We also enjoyed several excursions with Rainer who was the most hospitable guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and proud to share details about each destination; but what really stood out was seeing how much he enjoyed visiting each of the sites and sharing their wonder with new guests. It was a trip of a lifetime, thank you Casa Pacifica!

Casa Pacifica was a drop of heaven!

This home was perfect for our group of 14! The house is beautiful. It has a truly spectacular view of the coastline. We spent 4 out of 5 nights on the patio with a chef cooking us dinner. The service was a 10. The house was clean and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing home!

Casa Pacifica is beautiful and very well appointed! For me the best part was daily housekeeping and chef services which allowed me to truly relax and be “on vacation”. We were a group of 13 with three different families and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. George, the home owner is lovely and very responsive. I’d recommend this rental without hesitation!

Incredible

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one was the nicest by a lot. It all starts with the owner George who takes care of every need and responds to any questions, concerns immediately. He thought of everything with this property. We had 12 people (6 adults, 6 teens) and had more than enough room. The cleaning lady, Taresa, is the best and goes above and beyond. The pool, outdoor kitchen, sitting areas are amazing and there’s not a better view in Costa Rica! I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would love to stay there again.
