Bougainvillea 1204 is an elegant three-bedroom condo located in Reserva Conchal — one of the most luxurious resort communities in Costa Rica.

The Space:
This recently remodeled unit provides a terrace with picturesque ocean views, a spacious single-level floor plan with a minimalist design, and convenient access to the high-end beach club, golf club, and other exceptional amenities at Reserva Conchal.

This condo’s sunken living room features an oversized linen sectional sofa, a large wood coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding French doors in the living room open to a shaded terrace with a Spanish colonial design with an outdoor dining table, a lounge chair, and a picturesque view of the Reserva Conchal Golf Club and Playa Conchal.

There is a large wooden dining table behind the couch that can seat six. The dining space is next to the kitchen, which offers a spacious, wrap-around design with high-end granite countertops and wood cabinets, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, a pantry, and a breakfast bar with two barstools.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, high-end wood furniture, a TV, and a Juliet balcony with lush tropical views. The second bedroom features a four-poster king bed and a matching armoire with a TV, as well as a French door that opens to the patio. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed, a Juliet balcony for fresh breezes, and a wooden armoire. The unit also includes two bathrooms.

This condo is located on the second floor of the condominium building. It comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, and a driver who can take you anywhere in Reserva Conchal. Pet-Friendly Policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

The Neighborhood:
Among Costa Rica’s finest beachfront residential communities, Reserva Conchal is home to the Westin all-inclusive resort, the spectacular W Hotel, an Audubon-certified golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, 13 gourmet restaurants and two invigorating spas. It’s right in front of Playa Conchal, which is arguably the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, and it offers miles of hiking and biking trails on its private nature reserve.

The 2,300-acre Reserva Conchal contains a dozen residential communities, with accommodations ranging from multimillion-dollar homes to high-end condos. It’s generally considered the finest beachfront resort in Costa Rica after the Four Seasons in Papagayo.

Brasilito is a beach town between Huacas and Flamingo with a traditional Costa Rican feel but also many businesses that cater to tourism.

Brasilito has several smallish hotels, little soda restaurants and larger restaurants. The relatively new Masala Indian Food is excellent, and the Patagonia del Mar steakhouse is very popular. There are various small convenience stores and the well-stocked Super Conchal. The Sea Star Souvenir store is a great place to buy gifts.

Downtown Brasilito has a large, open field that is primarily used as a parking lot for people walking to Playa Conchal. Conchal is sometimes called the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, and it’s well worth a visit, but you have to walk about half a kilometer from Brasilito to get there. This field is also used for seasonal fairs and rodeos, with a temporary bullring that’s erected every year in February.

Horseback riding is another popular activity. You’ll often see horses tied up on the beach waiting for customers who want to ride.

Brasilito is small enough that you can easily get around on foot. Visit some of the lively bars at night, and you may feel like a party is breaking out everywhere at once.

Work began in February 2023 on expanding the one-lane bridge in the heart of town to a two-lane bridge with pedestrian sidewalks. The work was expected to take up to six months, with a detour from the Beach Community Church in the south to the Agua y Sal bakery in the north. Pedestrians and motorcycles are able to cross at the bridge construction site, but cars and trucks are not. Completion of this work will unclog a major regional bottleneck that has always caused traffic jams.

On the southern outskirts of Brasilito, there’s an Ebais medical clinic, a police station, the private Hospital Metropolitano, the Costa Rica International Academy, and the high-end Reserva Conchal resort, with two hotels and a golf course. In nearby Huacas, there’s a gas station, several large grocery stores, all kinds of shops, the Beach Side Clinic hospital and other conveniences.
