Ridiculously overpriced, atrocious food (got violently ill the very first day and was nauseous the rest of the stay), the room had rundown/ripped furniture, and the staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about assisting. It was literally the weirdest, most regrettable, investment of over $6k for 4 days at a “resort” that I’ve ever experienced. Shame on the W/Bonvoy.

I stayed at the W Costa Rica celebrating my boyfriend birthday. I absolutely love this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Our was so spacious and the ocean view put the icing on the cake. Will definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Costa Rica!

As a sing.e mom i brought my teenage boys to this wonderful resort solo for Speing Break. Our suite was absolutely amazing!!! The food was amazing. I recommed using uber for guarNteed time transportation.

Property is beautiful but the hotel seems short staffed, service at restaurants is not great, and honestly, the food is terrible. We expected better food for the prices we were paying. We ended up eating outside of the hotel every night because hotel food was so bad. However, the breakfast buffet is pretty good.
