Exceptional hotel

The experience was AMAZING! The best thing was the room. We are a family of 4 and the hotel provided us two connected rooms which have two bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious. The service was wonderful - everyone was extremely kind and helpful (despite the language barrier). The place was also near to the city and 2 minutes away were plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat dinner. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

1 night stay in Ibis Styles, Caen

Booked this place as a backup, just in case I couldn't make it to the ferry in time. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help bridge the language barrier. (I don't know much French, they didn't know much English). Once everything was understood, my friend and I took the keys are were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. Coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a king size bed. There are a number of eateries and even a cinema just around the corner from the hotel and it's only a couple of minutes walk from the train station. For a last minute stay, there was nothing more I could have asked for.

Breakfast is very good. Close to main train station. Electric tram stop right in front. Easy walk to the central city. We checked in late night and the night receptionist Maia was delightful, provided us with a lot of information and made us feel right at home

Very good hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but there was quite a bit of street noise and the area near the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. Good selection of restaurants in the area and free breakfast was a nice inclusion

Great stay... pity about the parking!.. entered the car park ticket 30 euros then entered the ticket from reception.nothing was deducted, still charged 30 euros?. ..Didn't have time to go back & query why?. ...other than that the hotel was excellent.

The room was very comfortable and well set-up. The bathroom and shower were excellent. There was an extensive breakfast that was available starting at 6:00, as we left fairly early every day. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel all 3 nights we stayed. It was a convenient location, easy to get to the highway, just across the river from the city of Caen and near several restaurants and stores.

We stayed two nights a week apart. Hotel is a few minutes walk fro train station and numerous restaurants. Trams station is right outside the door takes you to shopping as well as a shopping center in the same building.

We had a party of 12 and mini bus to park. Reception had cards all prepared for us so we could go straight to rooms without delay- despite being about 7pm and receptionist gave excellent map and guidance for free parking of mini bus. She also guided us to good restaurants in area Breakfast was also excellent Unbeatable service at the price Have stayed in hotels costing twice as much with half the result We will definetly use Isis again on our travels to France Thankyou
