A nice hotel. We have not tried their food this time, but it was excellent in previous visits. The restaurant by the pool did not seem to have a specific well-defined schedule. Would be nice to improve on this one. Staff are generally friendly and professional.

Room was great & clean. However, when I messaged the hotel twice about an airport pickup, they did not reply through the Expedia app. Ended up taking Uber. Their shuttle to the airport leaves every half hour. This was super convenient since we checked in very late and checked out very early.

Was able to check in early with no charge, We had flown all day so this was very helpful to us. Quick and safe transportation to and from airport. We had good breakfast included in the morning, Clean room and good service.

Room condition was generally good except for the faulty outer window. This didn't hurt the room's environment due to the working inner window. Good restaurants and great staff. Appreciate the 30-min shuttle service but I only used it on the way back. They can di a better job of explaining how to catch the shuttle bus from the airport, not just to it.

The hotel is great if you have an early flight. It is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus 24/7 every 30 minutes. There are several restaurants and a bar with good options for food & drinks. The hotel should have a better regular check up on the bedding - some pillows are quite worn out and don’t look nice. The reception staff could be more customer-friendly too.

Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at anywhere in the world. Started off well with the airport shuttle picking us up promptly from the airport. After that it was all downhill. The room was terrible. The staff had clearly but changed the sheets. There was hair all over the sheets and pillows. The fridge was not working. The AC didn't work. We called housekeeping twice and finally someone came and fixed the fridge. We called a third time for new sheets, they said they would send someone but no one came by. The bathroom was not clean as well. There were literal streaks of brown in the toilet. Ugh. Terrible experience. We took some time to clean the toilet ourselves. We eventually covered the bed with cloths that we had in our bags and slept. Couldn't wait to check out. Luckily we were there only 1 night. On the way back, the shuttle was overcrowded and many did not get to board the shuttle despite waiting for over 30 minutes. There was no queueing system, just a free for all. Other have that, the water pressure was good and breakfast was nice. But would definitely choose Le passage over this hotel.

We stay here regularly when we have an early departure or late arrival. I consistently choose Cairo Airport Novotel because it’s safe, clean, convenient and good value for money. I also find the staff warm and friendly. The buffet is also decent. Check in and check out has always been hassle free.

Novotel canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else. They said I arrived after their check-in window which allowed them to do so…and they didn’t have any additional rooms so I was stuck making additional arrangements on the fly I did have breakfast there while I waited which was quite good, but hard to enjoy without a room
