The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful!!! Mariam at the front desk is the best!! So helpful so polite so friendly and made my stay excellent! Kitchen staff is great, all staff is willing to help at any time with a great attitude! The pools really nice and the breakfast has lots of options. The style of the hotel is a bit outdated, the gym has some options but not many, internet cut out sometimes but I think its a city issue, and uber/careem/taxis don’t like picking up jobs in the area (but honestly this happened a lot this summer in Cairo compared to other summers, unsure why!), and there was a plumbing issue where the faucet leaked lots (and was fixed promptly), like I said, it is an older property it seems. It is a pretty good size property and its secure as there are people at the gates checking who comes in and out. The garden cafes cute, and the lobby is home-y. I think the best part was the people who worked here, and I am appreciative of their work!!

Good customer service, very clean, simple and tasty breakfast. Have to wait longer for taxis as uber driver can't find the hotel. For some reason the hotel doesn't allow guests in room.

The staff were so friendly and nice. Room was amazing. I'd like to thank them and specifically the front desk for their quick responses for any inquiries or questions. Also, I'd like to thank them for weaving the charges of water bottles, however it wasn't expensive but I appreciate their response and cooperation so much.
