The apartment of 75m2 is in the center of the beautiful Maresme coastal town of Calella only 500m from the beach, 4min from the train station and 70km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is distributed on the ground floor with a patio equipped with outdoor furniture. It has three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed for two people plus a single bed. There are two complete bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, air conditioning, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a free parking space. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 28 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
