The hotel was clean, staff was kind and efficient. Really enjoyed the full breakfast that was included in the price of the room. It would be nice if hotels could figure out some other way of heating and air conditioning other than a unit that comes on and goes off continually throughout the night. The noise of the AC/ heating unit keeps me awake all night. I had to shut it off. This is not specific to this hotel, but most hotels. Also the fan of the unit blows air directly on you as you are laying in bed, which is uncomfortable. The fan should have adjustments where you can direct the air up to the ceiling. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

A nice, clean, and well kept hotel. Only downside is that’s it’s right by deer foot but not a huge issue. Staff were all kind and made us feel welcomed.

The staff was friendly. Room was ok. My husband & I do not like the many small pillows & the bedding. It had a shuttle going to the airport. Our biggest complaint was the fact it seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants close! We didn’t have a car so we had to rely on ordering food & have it delivered. There was nothing close to even walk to! We probably would not stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it offered a free airport shuttle service. We emailed to get details of how to access this but the reply didn't include where to find the courtesy phone to call the shuttle. Not being able to find it on arrival (another shuttle driver even told us it didn't exist!), we had to use a UK-registered cellphone and incur charges as if it were an international call. We brought this to the attention of both evening and morning reception staff plus the general manager twice via an email address provided by them. Nobody has given us the courtesy of a reply. Having seen reviews, in my initial email I also requested a quiet room away from the highway. This request was ignored and not even an apology offered when I raised it. In my view, this is one of many modern, comfortable hotels near the airport. As the glazing is insufficient to block the noise from the highway (there is no aircon and windows cannot be opened if that's your preference) and the staff show a worrying lack of concern for customer satisfaction, I would avoid this hotel and select one of the many others in the area.
