Bed was comfortable. Hotel is aged. Tried calling from departure city to check shuttle times-no answer. Was over 30 minutes calling upon arrival before someone answered and we were told an additional 20-25 minutes. I was travelling with a senior. By time we got to the hotel and settled, it was 10pm. We had a 0530 departure the next morning and were only offered a 0320 shuttle to make the flight. The following one would have made us late as they were only hourly. Would not recommend this property.

The manager here was terribly rude to my visitor, and I feel very strongly that it was racially motivated. He says he’s being security conscious but continued harassing my visitor about not using amenities and had the audacity to still ask them if they slept over after we told him he’s only visiting. This is ridiculous customer service. He certainly wouldn’t have done this to someone else. He needs to be conscious of his bias. He is incredibly rude and arrogant in his rudeness. The other staff were great. And the hotel was not bad but the manager ruined the experience.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Easy to get to the airport in the morning with the shuttle, and we left the car their for the duration of our trip away. The only mildly iffy part was the drinking water in the lobby smelt rancid. I was afraid to drink it. So maybe they could swap their water out more?
