The gratuity percentage should really be decided by the guest, not automatically by the hotel. Also, I found it quite ridiculous that the TV had no regular channels—no music, no movies, nothing—unless you paid an extra $25 for a subscription. For the price you pay to stay here, basic entertainment should absolutely be included. I understand the business model, but this part just felt unreasonable. Overall, the experience was good, but it could have been much better. Honestly, there are plenty of nicer hotels out there with better amenities and lower prices.

Somehow the hotel said my reservation through hotels.com was cancelled. My app showed it was still booked and I was charged for 3 nights in a King suite.. this suite wasn't available to us until the hotel was able to sort it out on our 2nd day. I don't know who's fault this was in the end, but it definitely has me wanting to book rooms direct and no longer use 3rd party apps.

Comfy bed. Modern. Close to shopping. Great event centre. Friendly staff. Didn’t enjoy the smoking allowed in a section of the casino. It was smelt throughout the whole casino and in our clothes. We had sinus congestion and headaches.
