Staff were friendly & courteous. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were awful (sorry) very lumpy. Restaurant on site is great. Our waiter Fazal was excellent, great customer service experience which was very much appreciated especially given how busy the restaurant was. We’ve stayed here before & will stay here again. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

We had a great experience here. The food at the restaurant & lounge were both delicious. The only thing that left a negative view of the property was the tissue paper thin toilet paper, like 1/2 a ply. Its so disappointing to see great places use such awful supplies for such an important part of self care. I would rather have good toilet paper than fancy esthetics. My most sensitive parts matter. I dont want the paper to stick to me and have it balled up in my cracks & crevices. Good toilet paper matters and yours was 3rd world country quality. Its so frustrating as a guest to see a great property lose its value over their toilet paper choice.

This hotel is a great, comfortable and convenient stay before a flight. Good, quiet and safe location and really close to the airport for a quick trip in the early hours. The staff were friendly and efficient, 24 hour desk and all the amenities you could want. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they charged us $4 for wooden cutlery when the food we ordered for dinner (after their restaurant had closed) didn’t come with any. I thought that was unnecessarily cheap of them to charge for something so basic, when they provided all sorts of extra amenities in the room for free.
