Shuttle from airport was great and convenient, front desk check-in was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is definitely an 11 on a scale of 1-10.

No door between King bedroom and pull out sofa in living room (just a door frame). Strange layout of suite with kitchenette area and bathroom off king bedroom and table and couches in other room. Being a family of three, we assumed the sofa bed would be made up for our child, but it wasn't. We had to get bedding from front counter as it was going to take half an hour for shuttle driver to be free to bring it up and our child needed to go to bed. Bathroom door handle was coming off (did report this at end of stay). We enjoyed the pool - simple layout but well maintained.

We had a really good stay - Calgary hotels can be hit or miss, but we enjoyed this facility and location. It's a bit hidden away, but very quiet - couldn't hear any airplanes from inside - and it was pretty easy to get to major roadways. We'd definitely stay again.
