Check in was a breeze. The front desk attendant recognized that we had been traveling for many hours with our post-3am check in (flight delays) and displayed empathy. He was warm and welcoming, and clearly and succinctly explained what we needed to know. After a super-long day of travelling, that is what we needed—nothing less and nothing more.
