This cozy and affordable studio apartment is located in the heart of downtown Calgary, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers. Offering a comfortable stay, this charming and older studio provides easy access to Calgary’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. Guests will appreciate the convenience of staying downtown, whether visiting for business or leisure. This affordable studio offers a perfect base to explore everything Calgary has to offer!

This is a self check-in unit, detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival for a smooth and easy entry.

The studio features 1 queen-size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

No pets are allowed in the unit.

Third-party bookings are not allowed, the person booking must be the one staying in the unit.

Please note that there is no AC in the unit. A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days.

The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance.

Shared laundry facilities are available on the main floor of the building.

Paid parking is available in the back alley on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the building is older and may show signs of wear, such as water stains on the ceiling, marks on the walls, or minor scuffs and imperfections throughout the space. That said, the unit is kept clean, comfortable, and fully functional for your stay.

Smoke Smell Disclosure:
While our unit is strictly non-smoking, please be aware that the building includes other tenants who are not under our management, and some of them may smoke. Despite our best efforts to remind them and thoroughly clean the unit, smoke smell may occasionally linger. An air purifier is available upon request.
By booking this property, you acknowledge this condition has been clearly communicated, and refunds or cancellations due to smoke smell will not be accepted.

Public transportation is nearby, making it easy to get around without a car.

Please observe quiet hours and treat the space with care out of consideration for neighbors.

The facilities were not completely clean. The kitchen sink was clogged, so I couldn’t even wash the dishes there. I had to go to the bathroom instead, since the water drained properly there.The shower water sometimes came out cold, and then it wouldn’t close properly, so it kept dripping constantly.The mattress was very uncomfortable, hard, and you could feel the springs. It really needs to be replaced urgently.But the distance from the center is perfect

An inquiry about the space was sent two days before check-in. It was never acknowledged. Check-in information as sent included the keypad code to the room, but not the building. I was left stranded outside in a back alley in downtown Calgary until a resident took pity on me and let me in. Once in, a quick room check showed bits of food left in the microwave and a sticky table (after I'd set my purse on it). There were crumbs IN the bed and fresh stains on the sheets. When I asked the host for clean sheets at 4:15pm, host chose instead to defend his housekeeping staff (even after seeing the photo) and dithered back and forth until nearly 10:00pm, at which point he said it was too late and he'd send fresh sheets in the morning. 09:45am, two sets of twin/standard sheets arrived for a double bed. I used the emergency blanket from my vehicle for the remaining three nights of my stay. It's not fancy, I knew it was a little rough around the edges, but I'm stunned by the lack of professionalism and hygiene.

Decent place if it was clean

I stayed in a bachelor style apartment for 1 night. The host messaged me asking if I could switch to a different apartment within the same building. The layout was the same as the room I booked so I agreed when he said I’d get a 10% discount. The room was decent, but it was not cleaned to the standard I would expect. The blinds and windows were gross, light fixtures covered in dust and fingerprints and dirt on the cupboard doors. I never received the 10% discount back despite the host saying it would be credited to my card. I will not be staying here again

Overall good stay

For the price point it was a good deal, definitely older building, thin walls and lots of traffic noise, but that’s to be expected being downtown. Very unfortunate that there was no parking. Street parking was terrible and they paid lot was a good five minute walk away and was very expensive.

Paint in the tub

I had to clean the paint chips from the tub being painted,the drain had to be picked at and cleared of the paint chips in order for the tub to drain. It wasnt a very good experience and it was time consumijg.
