Apartment ¨Almendros de Normandia¨ is a lovely big three bedroom apartment furnished with all modern conveniences on the fourth floor in the neighborhood of Normandia.

LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN
Entrance is through the elevator from the parking spots located in -1 or from ground floor. The front door leads to the living room and dining room.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can stay in and cook instead of going to eat in the ¨ Barrio el Peñon¨ or ¨Barrio Granada¨various restaurants. WIFI signal on studio and 2 bedrooms (because the building is made with super resistant anti seismic proof concrete walls).

There is also a six chair table to eat or chat. As well as the L shaped leatherette white sofa and an auxiliary white leatherette puff. Including very nice wooden shutters on all bedroom windows and Japanese panels for the living room.

After passing the studio through a corridor and past the linens closet, to your left you can see the secondary bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed below for and additional guest as well as big closet for clothing and luggage.

Third bedroom
After the second bedroom you keep on going and you will find the third bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed below for another extra guest. Also you will find a 32 inch LCD TV with its own cable.

Fourth Bedroom (Maids Room or Laundry Room)
The fourth bedroom is at the end of the kitchen with a full bathroom and is reserved for a maid and / or laundry room.

Bathrooms
The secondary and Third bedroom share a full bathroom, featuring a power shower, toilet and sink.

There is also a powder room to the right once you enter the apartment.
