Please note that once this unit has been booked, the reservation cannot be transferred to another apartment or unit.
Registration:
All guests must present a valid ID before check-in, as required by Colombian law. A short registration form and rental agreement will be shared after booking.
Building access:
The apartment is located in a residential building with 24/7 security. Guests may be asked to identify themselves at reception when entering.
Additional services:
Airport transportation can be arranged upon request.
Housekeeping service is not included but can be arranged with at least one dayâs notice. The service includes a full cleaning of the apartment and changing sheets and towels.
Utilities:
While uncommon, temporary interruptions in services (water, electricity, internet) may occur. The building has backup systems in place to minimize inconvenience.
