A third bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a fan. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and open to the living area, and the floor is completed by a full bathroom with bath and WC.

On the lower ground floor, you will discover an open-plan living and dining area with a digital TV, creating a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
