The accommodation offers a spacious living-dining room with equipped kitchenette, a glazed terrace which can be fully opened in the summer months, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (150cm x 200cm), so the flat is also suitable for a family with one or two children or four adults.



The flat is equipped with Internet connection (WLAN), 2 TV sets, satellite TV in the languages: Spanish, English, German and French, radio, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hoover and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, blender, egg boiler, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.

The flat has hot/cold air conditioning.



The building has a lift, large communal swimming pool with sun terrace and sunbathing area.

There is public parking right in front of the building (payable from 1 July to the end of August).

The price includes: final cleaning, towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, beach towels, WI-FI.

The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.

An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.

If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.

Electricity consumption is included in the price (10KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.

A credit card deposit of € 400,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
