Gute Lage

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht zum Meer und Ifach, toll gelegen direkt an der Playa Fossa. Wohnung sauber und Poolanlage gepflegt. Ausstattung beinhaltet das Nötigste. Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen vorhanden, die im Hochsommer wegen der Lage im Obergeschoss Richtung Süden auch sicher nötig sind. Das Gebäude an sich ist aus den 80er Jahren und daher nicht mehr ganz neu. Der einzige Nachteil aus unserer Sicht: es gibt zwar einen Platz in der Tiefgarage, dieser ist aber wirklich winzig und sehr eng und nur für sehr kleine Autos zu nutzen. In der Nebensaison war es für uns zum Glück kein Problem auf der Straße zu parken, im Sommer wird das aber sicher schwierig und ist dann auch kostenpflichtig. Das sollte in der Beschreibung vermerkt sein!
