Excellent location

Apartment was brilliant, lovely and clean and well equipped. Location right by the beach was perfect for our young son. He loved going into the pool. A very short walking distance to lots of restaurants at the port and shops very close too. The promenade outside the apartment was great for walking. Check in and check out process very simple and great communication with rental company. Thank you for a great stay

Helt ok boende nära stranden. Inte så roligt poolområde som saknar sängar. Fick inte igång TV. Bra med AC i varje rum, men den luktade konstigt i början. Litet kök men det hade allt man behöver. Möblemanget på balkongen hade kunnat varit bättre. Som helhet bra.

Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Helaas moesten we na 2a3 dagen vragen naar schone handdoeken. Konden we ophalen.Wasmachine was wel aanwezig maar die ga je niet direct aanzetten. TV werk niet

We have stayed in Calpe approx 8 times and this apartment was the best we have stayed in. Wonderful location, spectacular views. Well-appointed apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great efficient service from rental company. Only thing to mention was that there were no sunbeds by the pool area, which is unusual but the apartment did have some portable ones to borrow. Easy access to port and walking distance to all restaurants, with beach on the doorstep. You do not need a car, just take the Benniconnect from the airport.

Beautiful apartment managed by abusive agency

Stayed for 1 week in June 2017, Air conditioning did not work from the moment we arrived, reported the following morning and after that Grupo turis were unable to repair it over the entire week we were there. We had to sleep in 30 degree heat with my 1 year old son being the biggest sufferer. Engineer who attended almost daily to look at the unit was incompetent and unable to fix it, it took 2 days to recharge the coolant which didn't solve the issue even though he claims to have tested it and it was working, another day for him to then say the motor was broken, this was the Thursday and we were leaving on the Saturday, the part he needed would arrive on the Monday, so no use to us. Grupo turis flipently offered alternative accommodation in the back streets of Calpe but with no offer to refund the large difference in the hire cost, but they said the AC would be fixed that day regardless so no need to move. After a meeting with the Grupo Turis manager were were verbally abused for requesting compensation due to the issues and told "I've met people like you before" and also that "his kids (Spanish) sleep fine without AC" before storming out of the room and with not a single apology from him. Shocking customer service and we wont be booking through them again.

We travelled as a group comprising myself ...

We travelled as a group comprising myself my wife and my wife's sister and are ages are 73, 71 and 69. We found the apartment to be ideal for our requirements as it was close to the promenade and enjoyed good views of the sea and Calpe rock and was in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The beach was less than 100 metres away but given our ages we also enjoyed sitting on the balcony which being on the ninth floor enjoyed a cool breeze. The apartment had two bedrooms , one with double bed and en-suite and the other with twin beds and would be ideal for a family or two couples. Although on the ninth floor this was not a problem as the lift although rather slow was reliable. We would recommend this apartment
