Welcome to Villa Puccini, a spacious holiday villa that offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the sunny Costa Blanca. Thanks to its layout and the division over two separate floors, this villa is perfect for larger groups, multiple families, or friends traveling together while still valuing their own privacy.



On the ground floor you will find three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a cozy living room with direct access to the terrace. The first flooralso features its own kitchen, a spacious living area, and another two bedrooms—of course also equipped with air conditioning—and two bathrooms. This clever design ensures that everyone can enjoy their own space to unwind or come together for memorable moments.



Outside, the well‑maintained garden invites you to soak up the delightful Spanish climate. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, which can even be heated on request for a small additional charge. For entertainment and relaxation, there is plenty to enjoy: challenge each other to a game of pool, table tennis, or darts. During the day and in the evenings, this is the perfect spot for everyone to gather and create lasting memories.



The location of Villa Puccini is truly ideal. In just ten minutes on foot you can feel the sand beneath your feet at one of Calpe’s beautiful beaches. A supermarket is literally around the corner, so you can quickly do your shopping without needing to take the car. Restaurants, shops, and charming cafés are all within easy reach, ensuring your holiday gets off to a carefree start.



On the villa’s grounds, there is also space to park two cars, giving you a safe and convenient place to leave your vehicles.

Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
