"Roma" is a spacious 5-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering a total surface area of 238 m2 and accommodating a maximum of 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property was furnished in 2017 with practical and comfortable interiors designed to suit both families and groups.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, along with a dining table and television setup. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is connected to the dining area via a hatch. Direct access to the patio is available from both the living area and the kitchen. This floor includes 3 bedrooms: 1 room furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 2 further rooms each containing 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. All 3 ground floor bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 2 shower rooms with WC are also located on this level.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and features 1 large room with a panoramic window, furnished with 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 folding bed. This room also benefits from its own shower room with WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and provides direct access to the terrace. The property enjoys beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains.
