Private: property 1'228 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path (52 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.7 km, bar 1.7 km, bus stop "Parada Bus" 3.7 km, sandy beach "Playa Puerto Blanco" 2 km pebble beach "Cala Les Urques" 2 km.
