The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob). The bedrooms offer a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a large wardrobe in one, and a double bed (140 cm) in the other. Shower room. Separate WC. Designated parking space.

The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (2-bedroom apartment): €66.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
