CAMBO, C274: One-bedroom apartment in a recent building, a 15-minute walk from the town center and the thermal baths. This comfortable, quiet, ground-floor apartment comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave, and rotisserie oven; a living/dining room with a sofa, TV, coffee table, and dining area; one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm); a bathroom; and a separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture overlooks the countryside. Private parking is included. (Pets are NOT ALLOWED).

No internet access.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
