The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a countertop, and four bar stools. Both bedrooms have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit. There is a separate WC and a separate utility room with a washing machine.

If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
