A Magnificent Sorento

No Pets Allowed. This Marine Terrace beauty sits on Lampton street just steps from the oceanfront Lampton Park and beach access. The house is beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind. The fully furnished kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances... also an ocean view from the kitchen window. Ocean views also from the living room and Master bedroom. There are two gas fireplaces for those cool evening, one in the living room and one in the Master bedroom. In addition to the bedrooms there is a separate office just in case work calls during your stay. If you are looking for comfort, beautiful views and relaxation. this is the place. Exterior security cameras monitor the full exterior of home.

My family and I have been coming to Cambria for almost 2 decades and Marina Terrace is absolutely our favorite. We enjoyed the inside of fhis house immensely. It is spacious and clean. I enjoyed sitting inside looking at the view of the ocean almost everyday. If I can have one critique, it would be the crowded deck. Also, the outside needs some TLC, but that did not effect the enjoyment inside this great house. We would love to come back again.

This property was already in an ideal location as my Wife grew up coming to his very neighborhood to visit her grandfather before he passed. The home was spacious, well kept, and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is managed by a management company which was easy to use but i did have to go to a seperate location to sign additional paperwork and collect keys/garage door opener. Aside from that which skme may consider a very minute inconvenience, they were easy to deal with and for me did not detract from our stay. Would definitely consider bookong again!

Very clean property and ocean views from living room

We stay in VRBO properties often and this was the cleanest one I've ever been to! We actually saw a whale spout while sitting in the living room looking down the street towards the ocean. The neighborhood is very quiet. Property company was pleasant to communicate with. You do have to go into town to get your house keys from a lockbox. Beds were comfortable. The two twin beds not pictured are trundle style but my girls found the beds comfortable. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

This was a well equipped, well located, very clean property. We could walk to the bluffs and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve to watch the wildlife. It was a 10 minute drive into Cambria and the other beach areas. We had a great stay.

Family trip to Pacific Coast

We were very satisfied with our stay. The house was stocked well for everything we needed & beds were very comfortable. We liked how close we were to the beach too. Enjoyed watching the little deer walking around & through the yards & the hummingbirds around the plants. Wish we could of stayed longer!

Just a block away from the beach - beautiful!

The house is very nice and the view was great. We loved the deer walking all around. It sleeps 6 yet only 2 wine glasses or a set of any other glasses! Not enough kitchen towels and no apron. Knives were dull. Charcoal BBQ wasn't great and we had to ask if we needed to bring briquets and lighter fluid-yes you do. Had to buy a lighter. Porch is VERY SLIPPERY when wet. Showers slow draining. Deck had bird poop everywhere,. Feet on chairs kept falling off. Could use ceiling fans. Communication with property mngmt was poor. They didn't answer 2 of my emails. Wash the windows!

Marine Terrace House

I was pleasantly surprised. Great location. Home is well kept but nothing on the walls. My only complaint is the fireplace in the living room did not work. A handyman was promised and never showed up.

Perfect holiday getaway

We spent Christmas in this beautiful home and had a really wonderful visit. The location is excellent, and we both played in the tide pools and walked around the ranch every day of our visit. The home was perfect for our family of four, and it really felt like home during our visit. We appreciated the kitchen loaded with pots, pans, utensils, etc - very helpful for bringing out own food and making Christmas dinner. The deer and the hummingbirds added to the ambiance, and the ocean view from the upper deck was gorgeous. There was also plenty to do, with a TV and Roku in every room...although many of the remotes need new batteries, which made it a little complicated to turn things on and off. Highly recommend this home - we'd love to stay here again on our next visit!

Great Stay!

The house was in a great location with a beautiful ocean view. The street was quiet and the neighborhood was charming. The upstairs is perfect for entertaining a family; living room, dining room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The bottom floor was great for my husband and I and our toddler. The upstairs bedroom is luxurious and has a huge spa tub. We saw deer dining al fresco every evening and hummingbirds dancing by every morning. We walked down to the ocean to watch the sunset and enjoyed looking for crabs in the tide pools. The house was clean and comfortable! I would recommend this house for a family looking for a serene getaway.

Perfect getaway

We actually sighed in relief when we arrived. The escape from the heat and hustle and bustle of Simi Valley disappeared was we drove into this peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean, well appointed and wonderfully located. We loved loved the tide pools, the deer and the nearby beaches.

Too short stay

Beautiful home, location, but 1 week was to short, 2 weeks or more would have been great!! All was as expected and easy walk to beach. Do not expect to watch a lot of TV because guests account is limited, but you have water, beach, Cambria city to enjoy.
