Attached to the family home with separate entrance and covered off street parking right next to the room. Quiet private. Small kitchenette with fridge microwave and tea coffee making facilities. Tea and coffee provided. No cooking facilities. Your car space is right next to your entrance way under covered parking. Not visible from the road.

A comfortable spot to have our overnight stay after visiting Hobbiton. Very welcoming and with lots of special touches—such as homemade brownies! Host very responsive and the space had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

A perfect, restful place to stay, 5 minutes from the centre of Cambridge while nestled in the peace and beauty of the countryside. Rochelle was a welcoming and thoughtful host while respecting space and privacy during my stay. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend.

Rochelle was very lovely and welcoming but also left me to my privacy. Communication was good, I received instructions on how to get to the accommodation in advance. The room was lovely and clean; it had so many options for breakfast which was great and also some lovely treats. I would recommend staying here and would stay again next time I am in Cambridge.

Had a good stay. Nice and close to Cambridge. Very cold .Heater provided not adequate. Recommend heat pump. TV was totally useless. otherwise good facilities. Great bed with adequate kitchen space

We had great communication from our hostess. The bed was really comfortable and had a restful nights sleep between activities. Very cozy too so it was a surprise to wake to be in amongst the fog!

It was lovely. The owners responded really quickly to any questions sent to them. The bed was really comfortable. It was great being able to park outside so we didn't need to lug all our luggage to our room. The tea and coffee choices were amazing and they even left us brownies, which were delicious. Will definitely come again.

A hidden gem

Awesome hosts, a wonderful rural setting.Freshly made cake on arrival. Assorted teas, coffees, milk, water and alcohol, also cereal provided. There was no need for a cooktop as the microwave and toaster was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable, the room large and inviting, chocolate waiting there. A perfect bathroom. Short Stay For Honeymoon

Everything was neat, tidy, and clean. Not far from Hobbiton (our main destination for the area,) and the treats and utilities left to use were a delight. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Cosy rural spot

This is the second time I have stayed at this lovely cosy little B&B, beautifully clean and tidy. Very quiet and peaceful area, and so accessible to Lake Karapiro and Cambrigde areas. The only tiny comment is there were very limited utensils, plenty to eat with but no can opener and sharp knife to cut with. And as much as I could have asked the host for them, I didn't feel I should at 6am when I needed them and realised they were not there.

Charming and surprises
