Lovely home with everything we could ask for. Coming from the U.S. where I’m used to air conditioning, I was worried about staying in a home with no air con. But the host already had it covered, with a fan in each bedroom, so the home temperature was very comfortable. Even though the home is on the second floor (you enter at street level, but immediately walk up a flight of steps), it wasn’t too hot at all; we just closed the kitchen and front bedroom shades/curtains during the day to be safe, and opened the windows in each room, and it was nice and breezy. Windows in every room made the home very bright and spacious. Fun decorative touches make it especially good for kids. It’s a smaller home, but there was plenty of space for us two adults and one child, with plenty of room for one more person. The beds were very comfortable. Street parking was an added bonus, since my brother-in-law drove us around. There’s a gas station/convenience store a short 2-3 minute walk away, and a co-op about a 5-minute walk beyond that. Between those two stores, you can find all you need to make your own meals. Would definitely stay here again.
