Fantastic overnight stay, accommodation was spotless, more than comfortable and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. I will definitely return. In fact, I have already rebooked for next week and beyond.

Perfect B&B

A great B&B to stay at.

Great B&B to stay at. USB sockets in the bedside lamps; tea and coffee in the room; coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the guest lounge; plenty of choice for breakfast; a fan in the room was most welcome; shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as lovely towels and face cloths.

We decided at the last minute to break our journey on a bank-holiday weekend, from West Midlands to the East End of London and booked 'The Old School House Rooms' on chance and we were so pleased that we found them. We stayed for one night while on business The building is a quirky old place and had been a school! The large rooms have been divided into a number of cosy well appointed rooms Check in was self service and very well organised Ordering breakfast was via a well designed form Lisa and Phil are lovely and we met them at breakfast! Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had, all freshly cooked by Phil! Highly recommended
