The Space:

The eat-in kitchen features black countertops, warm cabinetry, and both drip and single-serve coffee to start mornings off right at the dining table for six. The adjacent living room invites slow afternoons and cozy evenings with a smart TV, indoor electric fireplace, board games, a plush couch, and armchairsâall facing two sets of sliding doors that flood the space with light and frame postcard-worthy lake views. Step out onto the main deck for al fresco dining or simply relax in the comfortable seating while watching boats drift by.
The home offers everything you need for outdoor enjoyment with a BBQ grill and fire pit for sâmores under the stars. A few steps farther and youâre on the waterâliterallyâwhere a lakeside deck sits beside your private dock featuring three slips. Two slips are open for boat parking, while the third is equipped with PWC lifts. With comfortable seating for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or peaceful hours spent listening to the waves, this space is designed to help you fully enjoy lake life. With direct water access and an unbeatable setting, Honey Hole makes lake days simple, scenic, and unforgettable.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, deck access, and an ensuite half bathroom with a single vanity.
Bedroom #2 includes a twin size bed and twin-over-full bunk beds.
This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

âą Three-well dock with full guest access to all slips. No lifts in two of the slips.
âą Washer and dryer in home.
âą Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available, with trailer parking options available.
âą Please note that parking is located above the house, and guests will need to walk down a long flight of steps with roughly 20-25 steps to reach the front door.
âą Wood burning fireplace is not available for guest use
âą This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras;
(1) located on the eve of the home and actively monitoring the walkway to the parking area,
(2) mounted on the underside of the deck and actively monitoring the dock.

We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o We allow a maximum of 1 pets per stay. Dogs only.
o Only dogs under 70 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

How close is Honey Hole 2 Well Dock! to downtown Camdenton?
The house was as described and very cozy. The deck was very spacious and offered beautiful views of the lake. The distance from the boat ramp to the house was as described and very convenient. The dock was well maintained and offered convenient hookups for our boat. We would rent this house again.
Everything was great at this location other than when the well pump went out w no water. Our options were to stay and get reimbursed for 1 night w no running water, or get relocated to a cabin nearby. Then we were told it was unavailble and got relocated to a condo w less features, 20 mi away. This would have been ok to deal with despite losing half of the last full day of our trip, but the kicker was the condo had the water shut off and no hot water, we were only able to turn on the water. So after never getting a decent shower, and no hot water at the 2nd place, and no reimbursement of any kind, we cut our losses and left early the next day.
