Location Description:
The home is located in Camdenton at the 2mm of the Niangua Arm. Great access to both the east and west side of the lake just minutes from Hwy 5 on all hard surface roads.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

This was awesome for what we needed. I had a high school soccer team staying there for 2 nights. Plenty of space to spread out and there was also enough places to find privacy. Place was as described. I would certainly stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family of 14 (9 adults and 5 kids). Having the dock with boat slips was so convenient for our 3 day boat rental and the kids loved swimming off of the dock and using the Lilly pads. Walmart was only a quick 15 minute drive for groceries. We will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Lake of the Ozarks.

Great Family Get Away!

We had a few kinks but these were addressed quickly. We had such great fun at the lake. The kayaks, paddle boards, and peal boat was so fun. There was plenty of room for the family to shower and rest after the activities. The fire pit was perfect for s'mores. We had great adventures there exploring caves when taking a break from the lake. The beds and amenities were very comfortable. I absolutely recommend it.

Christmas with family

The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were a perfect fit, the location unbeatable, and the space big enough for all activities and making great memories. The Host was very helpful and available. Many of our family members mentioned coming back in the summer.

Friends Golf Trip

This property was perfect for our group of 12 guys on our yearly golf trip. The main floor is very spacious and was a great room for everyone to gather. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is well stocked with the essentials. We will differently inquire about this property next year when we come back!

Golf Trip

Fun place to stay

We had a large group stay in this home and it felt spacious and accommodating. Cleanliness was a bit to be desired and one of the showers was damaged when we arrived. Overall a good place to stay. Would do it again in the off season.

Family Celebration

This house was perfect for our group. We had 12 people, 3 families, and a couple friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The location is close to the marina where we were able to rent jet skis and a pontoon boat. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Family Property

This was a great location. All roads leading to the property were paved and the property sat at the end of a street right before a culdesac, which allowed us to park two vehicles without feeling crowded on the street. The view was great at the end of a peaceful cove. Plenty of seating and room to gather, but also spacious enough to allow for different activities in different areas. Great for a large family.

Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with our big family. It was an incredible house with great lake views and plenty of room for our family (17 adults and 7 kids). Plenty of sleeping, eating, lounging, and game playing spaces. Lots of parking available. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect spot for our fall foliage golf outing in the Ozarks

Overall perfect for our group of 12 golfers. Clean and comfortable gathering spots in the huge open kitchen/living area and deck brought us together for plenty of comradery. Room/bed options allowed us to tier our room pricing options for the shared cost based on single/double/bunk/other which everyone appreciated. I can see how this would be perfect for big families with lots of kids to enjoy the lake in the summertime. Outdoor area by the water needed a good power wash but somewhat understandable as we were late season. Place was well stocked beyond what i would typically see which meant no trips for supplies outside of our own food/drink. Very responsive host but honestly we didn't need much as house offered everything we needed/wanted. Thanks for a memorable golf trip which we'll be talking about for years to come in such a beautiful part of the country that none of us have visited before. A few of us even jumped in the cold (late October) lake! Refreshing!
