A great stopover at a great price! Walmart, gas, restaurants close. There is access to a trail nearby. Nice park in town (near the high school) for a picnic dinner or play time for the kids. If nearby again would stay again. Mediocre typical free breakfast.

I didn't get a chance to spend the night due to the cold weather freezing the lock on the door. The staff were nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I received a refund but refunds can be difficult with a 3rd party app if you don't purchase their insurance.

Good enough

I'd give this place a solid "OK." Although sufficiently clean for our brief overnight stay, the condition of the room (furniture damaged, bathroom tile with large gaps where the grout should have been, toilet seat degrading) needed some definite attention. It was nice to have two sinks in the room (one in the bathroom, one in the main room.) Front desk help was friendly. Breakfast was good enough to get a family with teenagers on to our next stop. Would we choose this again on a next trip? Eh, maybe.

Good location for our trip to Branson half-way point. Not fancy, but comfortable and clean. Nice staff and breakfast.

This was our third stay in 12 months, each time as we were driving through on our way south. This stay wasn't nearly as nice as prior. Our room was very worn, the bathroom was full of flies, and it was an uncomfortable bed. It's questionable if the sheets had been washed.

Very good value motel.

This is a very no-frills kind of place. It's more of a motel with the door to the room right off of the parking lot. That being said, it was great for what it was. It was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Breakfast was good. They had protein choices and a good variety. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.
