Beautiful rooms and property. We ate at the restaurant Carve for breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent, service was great. We were very disappointed in our mixed drinks from the bar. Bar tenders did not seem like they were very experienced. Many of us ordered mixed drinks and none of us liked them. Otherwise highly recommended!

Great stay, beautiful, luxurious rooms and clean. Very impressed. The waiting time to get food at the Carve Restaurant was too long however and they were unable to make the simplest of drinks (lemon drop, cosmopolitan) The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel is easy to get to, nice views smd the staff was fantastic. The xmas decorations were stunning. The one thing that didn't live up to the description was the sound proof rooms. There were a lot of families on our floor and we could hear them running around in the hallways and knocking on our door.

The dog washing station and the dog run out back was definitely a winning factor for our family pet. The facility is beautiful and well taken care of. We also enjoyed heading to the velocity pub area to have some food. It was a bit cold and the service there was a bit below what we expected. The food came to the table warm. We had pizza, fries and nachos. All was not enjoyable. We probably won't eat there again. Next time we will probably eat the the restaurant in the hotel. We also asked for a Mocha and the waitress brought basically a cold glass of milk with chocolate syrup. That was a bit confusing. The Hotel was absolutely breathtaking and outstanding. Next time we will try the spa and mineral pool.
