CANAZEI - Well finished apartment located in an elegant residential structure, equipped with a personal garage and complete with all comforts (WI-FI, TV, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine). Independent entrance. The bedrooms are 2, one double and the other with 3 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, the ceiling is high attic. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor together with the bathroom while the kitchen, entrance and living room, with comfortable 2-seater sofa bed, on the ground floor. The view that can be enjoyed is among the best in the valley with Gran Vernel and Sass Pordoi in the background. Far from the chaos and smog of the highway, the apartment is well located and comfortable for both winter and summer holidays. Main distances: 10m beginning of the 'fitness trail' towards Campitello (equipped summer path for walks), 130m cross-country ski run, 350m ski bus stop, 300m Canazei center, 300m swimming pool / wellness center, 900m ski lifts (Pecol cable car to enter directly in the Sellaronda tour). For summer guests large and quiet internal courtyard.

Nice apartment with all comfort.

We had a nice holiday. Please note that a 15-minute walk with skis and ski boots to the slopes is heavy. Ski bus only 5 minutes walk. Beautiful town with many shops and beautiful ski area. Apartment is somewhat noisy but that also depends on the neighbors that you find.

È andato tutto molto bene. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e si trova in una posizione molto comoda al centro paese. Questo permette di non dover usare la macchina e di muoversi comodamente a piedi. Il nostro giudizio è davvero molto buono. E molto buono è anche il giudizio sullo Staff agenzia immobiliare che ha provveduto prontamente a risolvere qualche piccolo inconveniente che si è verificato con la connessione internet e con un problema al garage.

Only one word: great!

We (6 people) stayed in a wonderful appartment, which was exactly the right thing for us. We had the possibility to cook or to use some to-go-service of near restaurants and eat in the appartment. The equipment was as good as described and everything was very clean. The location is great, we could reach everything within Canazai by feet. The host Silvia was always helpful and friendly before and after the journey.

Sehr sauber, beste ruhige Lage(Sackgasse), kurze Wege zum Zentrum

Das Apartment liegt in einer Sackgasse, direkt an einem Wanderweg zur Nachbarort. Es gibt zwei reg. Schlaffzimmer (1. Doppelbett, 2. Einzelbett + Etagenbett) und im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafcouch. Die Küchenausstatung ist sehr gut. Es gibt ein Graragenplatz in der Tiefgarage. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Che bella vacanza!

Ho soggiornato con i miei 3 bimbi e i miei genitori in questa bella casa che si trova vicino al centro di Canazei ma fuori dal caos. Dotata di qualsiasi comfort (compresa la culla per il mio piccolo) è pulita e molto accogliente. Silvia, la proprietaria, anche se non presente sul posto, è disponibile e pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta così come l'agenzia che gestisce il check-in e il check-out. Torneremo sicuramente, magari in inverno! :)

Lovely apartment

We spent a lovely week in this apartment. It was nice and warm, well equipped and made a perfect base for our holiday. It was in a quiet area of Canazei which was within easy walking distance of the main gondola and all the restaurants. We hired ski lockers near the gondola which saved us carrying our skis every day. There were many different ski areas all within easy driving distance of the apartment in addition to the main ski area of Canazei. We've had a great holiday and would recommend this apartment as a perfect base.

Prima verblijf, 1 badkamer waarin de enige wc is ietwat onhandig

2 minpuntjes, 1 badkamer is niet zo heel erg, maar de enige wc zit ook daarin. Ietwat onhandig Tevens is bij dit huisje de vloer heel koud( tegels, begane grond en waarschijnlijk waren wij de eerste na een stille tijd?). We hebben flink moeten stoken, en vooral boven de deuren dicht gehouden. Keuken was redelijk compleet, klein oventje( niet geschikt voor pizza oid ( te klein). Tevens waterkoker/ fluitketel moeten vragen, was niet aanwezig ( moest in het begin met een pannetje theewater opzetten) . Locatie prima, lekker rustig

Siamo stati nell'appartamento per il capodanno appena trascorso, la proprietà che abbiamo trovato corrisponde alla descrizione, facile da raggiungere praticamente in centro al paese ma fuori dalla confusione, siamo stati tutti contenti della sistemazione e dell'ospitalità, l'ambiente è ben curato e caldo, lo terremo in considerazioni per altri periodi di vacanza!

Top appartement

Goed appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Niet super groot maar genoeg ruimte voor 5 personen. Gezellige openhaard en zithoek. In hal is ruimte voor opbergen van ski's en schoenen (jammer dat hal dan wel helemaal nat wordt). Op bovenverdieping zijn slaapkamers en badkamer die ruim genoeg zijn.

Cosy and comfortable house

Clean, cosy chalet in a lovely village

We had a great week skiing in Canazei. The house is cute, warm and comfortable and in a quiet area of Canazei, about 12 minutes walk (in ski boots) from the ski lift bubble. It comfortably accommodated 5 of us but it might be a bit of a squeeze at maximum occupancy of 7. The kitchen is small but reasonably equipped for simple cooking. The bathroom is a good size and the shower was good with seemingly unlimited hot water. Silvia was great to deal with - responding quickly to emails and helpful and friendly. Also, good secure parking underneath the building. It is worth highlighting a couple of things that caught us out. Bedlinen is available for hire from the management company for 20 euros per set. The bathtowels are small, two small to wrap round you unless you are a size zero and there is no bathmat. You will also need to bring tea towels and buy things like washing up liquid and sponge/brush, soap. There was not even half a loo roll in the bathroom to start you off so bring one with you! Also, there is a fireplace, but no wood and we couldn't find anywhere to buy some although we asked Silvia, the management company and tourist information. So unless you bring it with you, the chimney is merely ornamental. The house is plenty warm enough without it though. An information folder in the house would be useful. eg ski lift map, bus timetables, village map, recycling, emergency numbers, etc. But overall, we had an excellent holiday in Silvia's house.

Comfortable apartment for 5, nicely situated in Canazei

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. It is perfect for 5 persons (2 adults+3 kids). It is nicely situated at the outside of Canazei, but it only takes a 10 min walk to the center or the skilift. We would like to come again!

Bella sistemazione

Casa confortevole, ben tenuta comoda per il centro di Canazei e comoda per la fermata dello sky bus necessario per raggiungere gli impianti che sono a un chilometro circa. La proprietaria è molto cortese e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti così come l'agenzia che si occupa della gestione dell'appartamento . È stata una bella vacanza merita sicuramente di tornarci.

Spettacolare, comoda e bella

Appartamento molto accogliente e caldo, ben arredato. Perfetto per 6 persone (c'è comunque posto per 8). Comodo e vicino agli impianti di risalita (belvedere), supermercato e locali. Consigliata vivamente!
