NB: in these apartments we cannot accommodate groups of young people, but we have another solution for them, in this case please contact us :) La Passiflora is a cosy apartment with 3 large bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen, located on the first and last floor of our family villa surrounded by large fresh garden, with two flights of private stairs and safety gate at the top; it is a bright four-room apartment of 108 square meters of walkable space plus a long balcony that runs on two sides, with clotheslines and views of the countryside and mountains; it is available for holiday use up to 29 nights, it is located in a quiet countryside area, with two parking spaces at the back in the square, a stone barbecue area and children's games shared only with the ground floor with a board for coordination, a camping barbecue is always available. As soon as you go down the stairs beyond a little gate, there is a quiet garden area available, exclusive to the 1st floor and shaded, equipped with an external shower for cooling off, tables and deckchairs, for eating in nature and relaxing. The villa is approximately 850 meters from the golden sandy beach of Marina di Campo and 900 m from the beginning of the charming little town. There is air conditioning in every room including in the kitchen, washing machine, 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators, closet, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets on almost all the windows even if we have almost no mosquitoes because in the garden it is used an excellent organic water-based product, we have 4 kittens and cute families of hedgehogs and different types of birds; in the large apartment there is an electric kettle and toaster, ionic hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, pocket wifi on request, maximum cleanliness with careful sanitization and attention to detail, for a fresh, peaceful and regenerating stay! We provide free bicycles delivered to all guests against a deposit of 20 euros per bicycle that we give back at the end, to move freely and also do sports, in addition to the water sports that the beautiful Island of Elba, with its numerous and very different beaches and seabeds, offer, and excursions to Monte Perone and Capanne. Pets allowed, small and medium size, by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
