We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Check-in normally takes place in our offices. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record.

We offer our guests two apartments both on the first floor, part of a recently renovated small building consisting of 4 units, centrally located in Marina di Campo.

2 bed-room apartment (about 60 m2) - 4/6 beds (maximum 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age)
Apartment composed of hallway, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and dining table, habitable terrace.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys; family welcome)
- the rental must take place for a maximum of 5 adults; or for 4 adults and 2 children aged 12 or younger
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
