A typical Elban house, finely renovated and perfect for those looking for a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility, surrounded by a large park of Mediterranean vegetation, situated on a hill overlooking the town of Marina Campo, it enjoys a sunny and panoramic position.
A perfect union between Design and Nature, the property is located centrally on a hill and is surrounded by a postcard landscape. The Villa was designed to give a sense of continuity between the external environment and the interiors,favoring raw materials and local labor, where the protagonist is the marble in perfect respect for the Tuscan concept with eternal value. From the bathrooms, with custom-made shower trays and washbasins, to the beautiful travertine flooring, with its sandy tones, which brings harmony and linearity to the environment.

Access to the house is partly unpaved, you enter in the property via a non-electric gate and park on the ground floor. The property consists of two distinct units on each of the two floors of the villa. The beaches are not too far away, about 3 km from the renowned Marina di Campo and its picturesque old town, or, in the opposite direction, the small but lively village of Procchio with its golden sandy beach. We remind you that the villa is an excellent starting point to visit the places of the Costa del Sole, the whole west coast of the island, where there are the sandy coves and the most suggestive cliffs of the whole island.

We offer our customers an exclusive property where every detail is designed with care and dedication, you will be pampered by refined environments with a refined style. The villa is independent and consists of a three-room apartment on the ground floor and a larger apartment on the first floor.

One bed-room apartment sleeps 2/4
The property is on the ground floor and is spread over a single floor, it has been recently renovated and its travertine floors give it a modern appearance but respectful of tradition and Tuscan charm; you will find a large courtyard where you access the modern, well-equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer. In the adjacent room there is the living room with double sofa bed and TV area, hallway with marble bathroom, an elegant, essential but luxurious environment, and double bedroom with large French window which gives it brightness.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 25 years of age are not admitted
-* the BBQ area must be used with care, as it is immersed in the park, fires must always be lit and extinguished, and it is strictly forbidden to use it on windy days
- the road to reach the property has a dirt section (convenient) but not suitable for sports vehicles
- we also ask for particular attention to the flooring
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a €30 cleaning fee (no cats)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
