The house has two terraces in which there is alternately sun and shade, so everyone can find their ideal corner.

There are two bicycles available to customers, to go to the beach or ride a bike path. Also a ping pong table.
You can go to Palma on a bus whose stop is nearby.
From the main terrace you access the spacious house, with its dining room and kitchen. The spacious dining room with its comfortable sofa in front of an iron stove, offers hours of relaxation under a wooden beamed ceiling, which with its charming atmosphere harmonizes with the cream tones of the room and is perfect for watching TV when there is bad weather. There is also a large table with chairs for all guests.
The house has double glazed windows and is thermally insulated both on the walls and the ceiling.

The separate kitchen has a large pantry and has all the utensils and appliances that may be needed for cooking. There are coffee makers of various types for coffee lovers
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and one of them has an en suite bathroom. The third has two single beds.
The house allows you to choose alternately between a sunny terrace and another in the shade, the largest is to the east and has shade in the afternoon. The other looks west and has a charcoal barbecue, so at 4 in the afternoon it has sun.
The garden has fruit trees, a palm tree, two lemon trees, two mulberry trees, an apricot tree, and various types of trees and ornamental shrubs.
The location of the house allows, allows you to live a holiday to suit you, inhabit the house, or visit the island. It is located in a residential neighborhood on the outskirts of the town and allows total relaxation.
The roads of the place are good and safe, so getting around is very easy.
2.5 km away is the virgin beach of Sa Rápita, of the same quality as that of the Trenc, and comparable to those of the Caribbean, with its same crystalline waters and is only 5 minutes away by car.
