Located in a privileged rural setting between Campos and Santanyí, the property offers complete privacy and tranquility, just minutes from local amenities and some of the most stunning beaches in southern Mallorca.

The area is known for its authentic charm and natural beauty, with agricultural landscapes, quiet country roads, and scenic routes ideal for cycling or walking. Just a short drive away lies the iconic Es Trenc, famous for its crystal-clear waters and white sandy beach. Nearby, you can also explore Ses Covetesand Sa Ràpita, perfect for a more relaxed and family-friendly seaside experience.

The location also allows easy access to charming villages in the southeast of Mallorca. Campos offers supermarkets, restaurants, and one of the island’s traditional weekly markets, while Santany is well known for its historic center, art galleries, and vibrant market.
