Perched just above the Waterville Estates community center, this home away from home grants you access to numerous on-site amenities, including two heated indoor pools, two outdoor pools, a weight/fitness room, a sauna, locker rooms, an on-site restaurant, a rec center, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, soccer fields, miles of scenic walking trails, a swimming/boating pond, and a ski area.

The condo enjoys a bright and welcoming living area with many windows flooding the space with natural light and seasonal mountain vistas. Lounge and relax in the living area as you watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services or break out any of the provided board games. Discover a well-appointed, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets. It has all the essentials to help you prepare the most delicious homemade masterpieces. Downstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms and a great laundry area with a washer/dryer.
