This lovely place has 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite, and the main bathroom has a bath. There is also a 1 Queen bed bedroom separate studio away from the house (through the backyard!)

Unhygienic

Unfortunately the cleanliness and maintenance of this property was dreadful. I arrived to catch up with life long friends. We had all travelled long distances by air or road. The suburb is not real nice, the outside of the property is average and it just got worse once inside. No top sheets on beds, bottom sheets were all wrinkled and some had stains and black hair in them. Toilet wasnt cleaned covered in urine, shower had 2 bars of used soap and was not cleaned, toilet window doesn’t lock, ensuite window frame was falling out. Kitchen splash back and oven covered in fat. Tea towel was dirty oors especially carpets looked unclean. I rang the maintenance guy as host was overseas, he brought a cleaner over who arrived with a packet of cloths and blue spray in a bottle. We observed him cleaning toilet and going straight to the bathroom and proceeded cleaning bathroom with same cloth he cleaned the toilet with. My friend asked him get a new cloth and explained to him how unhygienic that was. We asked for top sheets, he told us there was no top sheets. So many issues with this property. I did liaise with the host who advised me to advise the cleaner how to clean to my standard. Its not the guests job to advise a cleaner how to clean. We paid for a hygienically clean and secure place to stay. Sadly this is far from what we got. We stayed only 1 of 3 nights and sought alternative accommodation the next morning. After liaising with Stayz i was refunded most of 2 nights accommodation

Girls trip

Really enjoyed my recent stay. Came away with a group of girls. There was plenty of room to relax and unwind after exploring the city by day. Location seemed central to most things. Our host was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again when next in ACT.
