Great Bed, great shower, nice room. Need to get the little things right though to call them a top hotel. Parking gate broken, do not accept digital credit cards, slow check in and lack of signs etc. but they get the comfort things right.

Fantastic hotel! Rooms were lovely, clean and have everything you need. Great amenities in a great location. Centrally located and easily walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants.The hotel bar and restaurant were excellent. Highly recommend staying here if looking for accommodation in Canberra. 5 stars! The heated pool and sauna were a bonus.
