Welcome to a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Campbell! Just 5 mins from the airport, this offers the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, available for your convenience.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 49` smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
The washing machine is in the communal area across the hall. The communal drying area is located on the ground floor. Open daily from 8 am to 9 pm. Additionally, an iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment for your convenience.
PARKING:
Free parking is available on the property, with unmarked parking spaces.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Getting around the area is effortless, thanks to numerous transportation options available. Whether you prefer ride-sharing services like Uber or taxis, or public transit, you can easily move around. The Blamey Crescent after Creswell St bus stop is just a minute`s walk from the apartment. It offers 24-hour service, adding to the convenience of your stay.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

**Booking Confirmation**
Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking â it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In & Check-Out**
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets**
This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It**
Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy â excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only**
Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance â we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events**
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood â please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome**
Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters**
We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.
